I think that our project we did last year was largely dissapointing and there were many contributing factors towards this. I would say that we, as a group, struggled with delegating roles and responsabilities between us and that resulted in us trying to all tackle each problem and the product ended up being a bit of a collision of different ideas. This year however me and Will have discussed how we will avoid this problem and the fact that it is just us two makes it a lot easier to delegate roles between us and ensure this is done to the best of our abilities. With the luxury off hindsight, another problem we noticed with our product last year was the lack of planning that went into it. We will strive to ensure that this time around we have a very clear idea about exactly what we are doing before we start so as too maximise the final quality of our work.
You are right to identify these things as causing problems last year, but you also need to comment on technical areas for improvement (eg editing, camerawork etc). State how you intend to improve on these, and how you intend to improve content and characterisation too.
